包括调节杆、按钮、插销和直观标识（专利申请中）等均为显眼的黄色，清晰可辨，因此，即使最没有经验的用户也能够轻易发现，并能对器材进行正确设置，不需要教练帮助。一旦用户发现并选定了器材上最适合的座位调节号，则所有Pure Strength力量训练器材上的设置都会完全一样。
力量更加平衡
